Overview
This scheme seeks to help businesses digitise their operations through investment in digital technologies including both hardware and software. The grant will give successful applicants up to €128,400 in the form of a cash grant.
What it offers?
Eligible applicants based in Gozo will get up to 70% of their eligible expenditure reimbursed plus an additional 7% for indirect costs up to a capping of €128,400
Who is eligible?
This scheme is available for Micro, Small and Medium enterprises (SMEs) as defined by the table below.

Such enterprises can take the form of sole-traders, partnerships, or registered companies.
What is eligible?
This scheme can fund digital solutions aimed at digitalising operations and increasing efficiency. These can include:
- Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Custom Software
- Hardware (such as Laptops, Docking Station, Port Replicator, Monitors, Tablets)
- Analytical Tools (including necessary hardware and software)
- Cyber Security systems
- Cloud computing
- Internet of Things (IOT)
- Artificial intelligence (AI)
- Big Data analysis
- Cyber Security
- Quantum Technology
- Routers, switches and WIFI related equipment
- Installation including any training costs for the above items
Application Process
This grant is open on a rolling call basis with periodic cut-off dates up to 30th June 2026.
The application process requires the completion of an application form outlining the proposed investment, expected benefits, project duration, and costs. Therefore, it is important to have a clear idea of the required investment prior to application. This is submitted online along with various documents that including proof of financial standing, a digital readiness assessment, investment proposal and evidence of good standing.
